Application Notes This turbocharger is sold without an actuator and requires the use of the vehicle's original actuator, or applicable replacement actuator. Key GM part numbers by model year are:  2017-2019 L5P: Actuator part number 12723306, 12683993, or 12683982 2020-2023 L5P: Actuator part number 12723081 or 12707578

This turbocharger replaces OEM part numbers 12723305 (MY 2017-2019) and 12723083 (MY 2020-2023)
